    Worst Customer Service

    Being a business owner myself, I hate to write a negative review about other, fellow independant owners. Sometimes, and quite sadly, it is unavoidable. Simply put, the worst cutomer service Ive had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with. One simple... question as to whether bulk discounts on large orders were offered was met with hostility and rude email replies. Frankly, Im amazed that a company who speaks to potential customers in the manner in which the owner did so today, has managed to keep people coming back (or ordering at all). My reply to him was both cordial and professional, but expressed that I would not be purchasing from a company with such poor customer service. I was met with more insulting remarks. I have chosen to not reply to the gentleman's second email, but I do hope that, as a business owner, Dr. Soda will change the manner in which he chooses to talk to people Read more Less

    I was very happy to have found this item at such a reasonable rate. ordering was easy and very quick. I also received my items really quickly. The only down side was the shipping cost, which was as much as the total for the product, but with the grea...t prices.. I can understand.. the rate for shipping.     I would not use this merchant again. The merchandise arrived late and had to be refused by the destination address. All attempts at contacting customer service went unanswsered and a refund was not forthcoming from DRSoda, which required me to go thr...ough a very inconvenient process directly with visa/mastercard. In the end I couldnt really find any advantages and in essence you can find these things in many supermarkets at competitive prices. Read more Less

    DrSoda provided timely shipping of products I ordered and when I called to confirm my order I actually got a live person rather than having to push buttons to get someone. Great service!

    Their shipping price seemed a little high for sunflower seeds (an incredibly light weight item). Nonetheless, their insanely cheap price for flavored sunflower seeds made the cost and shipping much cheaper than purchasing the same item from Wal-Mart ...and/or convenience stores. My experience with this store was quite pleasurable, and I plan to visit their site twice a year to stock up for my sunflower seed addiction. Read more Less

    I have ordered from Dr Soda many times. Their ordering process is easy and efficient. I have contacted them by e-mail regarding a product I was looking for. I received a response within an hour.
