    I would never use this company again. I was shipped the wrong items and I have tried several times to contact customer service but they have not had the professional courtesy to respond to any form of communication.Companies like this should not be a...llowed to sell anything.     Paid a huge shipping fee to receive a useless order due to missing items. It's been over two weeks and my continuous efforts to talk to someone has been hindered by their unresponsiveness to my emails, phone messages, and online chats. If I don't get... 100% refund things will get real ugly real fast. This is ridiculous and irritating. I recommend taking your money elsewhere. Read more Less

    When I tried to contact the customer service no one cared to reply to my email or never returned my phone calls. Very poor and inefficient customer service. The website for some products is not working and can not even place order. There is "submit y...our offer" button. When I submitted an offer I never received any response (whether it is approved or denied) from them. When my emails were not answered it makes me think that if any problem arises they will not take their customers' problems. There is always voice recorder and that is their customer service! Very ridiculous!. Need to improve a lot. This is my experience and honest opinion. Once the customer service is improved I may post my experience again some other time. Read more Less

    Competitive prices, but horrible customer service and very unprofessional. Cancelled my entire order because they decided to raise the prices a few days after I'd placed my order, and didn't respond to my emails to inquire why.

    Great customer service when calling but absolutely no response by emails or by online instant chat. Price was great but limited on shipping options. I had to pay a big customs clearance price because my package was shipped with UPS, of course it i...s not egeneralmedicals fault but because of UPS. Overall I received my package as promised and in good condition but I had to call them and make sure my package was on its way because my shipping status on the website was never updated.     Only one concern. When I checked other items I saw that there was the option to bid a price if desired. Tried this on a few items and the email returned undeliverable. If you do not accept bids, than why show the option?
