    I have ordered from Leonidas several times over many years. When I made my first order, I thought their prices were a bit high. When I tried my first bite, I thoroughly understood that the prices are not at all high for this quality. Leonidas Choc...olate is second to none. As to shipping, delivery, ease of purchase and especially customer service, the same applies, they are second to none. There are many fine companies that strive for customer satisfaction; Leonidas insists upon excellence. On the rare occasion that I have had a problem, Leonidas has acted quickly and definitively to resolve the issue. I will continue to order from them with complete confidence. Read more Less

    Warning about Leonidas U.S.They are publicly posting your private information free for everyone to see behind your back after ordering.First of all, the chocolates ordered were wonderful.However, it seems that everyone that orders at Leonidas U.S. (D...uchateau US Ltd.) will be registered with a service called icontact.comThe idea behind this is that they can easily manage their newsletters and such for their customer base.The bad part is that they are not only sharing your e-mail address with icontact.com, but also your Full name, street address and phone information.This information has no security protection of any kind and can be accessed by anybody. (URL hacking, or just plain link-clicking)So for those of you that do not understand, your information is available on their website for everyone that just figures out or finds out the correct URL.No login or anything needed.So, if you don't care about privacy rights and or keeping track of who can see your personal information on the internet.. go ahead and order from this company.The beautiful part is that icontact.com does not provide active support of removing your information at request either. (you will have to do this yourself manually, and even then they won't allow you to fully remove everything.)I don't see why my personal information should be taken hostage by another company just because I decided to order chocolates from http:/

    I had a terrible thing happen, after I made my order, I found out that the lady I was sending the gift to was going to be out of town for a week. I used Leonidas easy contact form and told them the situation on the day the order was suppose to go out.... They were able to get back with me, send the package to the vacation home and still have it delivered on the intended date. It was the easiest fix I've had for something that was not their problem.     Received with lightening speed and in great condition. Leonidas has the BEST chocolate as far as I'm concerned. If you rich Belgium chocolate, Leonidas is what you want to buy. Their chocolate is expensive but you get more than what you pay for!!...!! Read more Less
