    I was shocked to receive a call from the embroiderer who made recommendations. Even more shocking was that I received this item 4 business day after I ordered it!

    I needed a specific seat replacments for flat-stick style chair and they had both the specifc style as well as a great assortment of colors.     The seat is great. Although listed as "scratch and dent" it was obviously used as the leg tips were worn all the way through and had to be replaced, but in spite of that is was still much less expensive than full price.

    Ordered a custom (silkscreened) 30" director chair for Christmas delivery. They did a super job accepting my artwork, verifying it would work. They even sent a proof via e-mail to gate approval before committing to production. Couldn't be happier wit...h end result; thrilled to get such hand-holding help on a small (single-chair) order.     My husband was graduating from school with a digital cinematography degree. I was having a party for him and 3 days before the party I got the idea for ordering him an engraved Director's Chair for a special gift to present to him. Wednesday morning ...I scoured the web & searched for a company who could get it done in 3 days. Everyone said "no" until I called Everywhere Chair and spoke with Patty. She took my order over the phone at 10am ET, said she'd give my order to the embroiderer as soon as she got in and assured me I'd have my chair by Friday, free shipping too! Well, she was right. The chair arrived UPS and it was just beautiful! I presented it to him Saturday at his party and it was a HUGE hit! He just loves it! I have never been so pleased with such incredible customer service, price and quality! These folks exceeded my expectations and I thank them for making a special occasion perfection!     As I remember it took only about three days from when I ordered the chair until it arrived at my doorstep near Syracuse, NY from North Carolina. Amazing service. Bravo! This merchant deserves something beyond excellent.

    the telescope chairs I ordered have wooden arm rests that seem to have been dipped in poly and drip dried. there were drip hardened ends on one of the chairs. There was no packaging in the box the chairs were delivered in and nothing inside the box t...o indicate how to send them back. All and all I thought telescope chairs were top of the line American products but they seem not to be. Either quality control has slipped or everywhere chairs are selling "seconds". I was disappointed but not in the mood to got through the hassle of having to contact the company, drag the box back to a shipper for what I felt was acceptable but a bit substandard workmanship. My wife encouraged me to just accept them as they were "OK" but really, telescope lawn furniture should be more that just OK Read more Less

    I thought the shipping was in excess... I think it could have been shipped cheaper. Other than than, the product seems good. We shall see what it does in time.
