    This is a great product that was reasonably priced. Shipping was quick and the entire transaction was smooth as silk.

    Was very quick and easy. Only downside was the website had item listed as available and after I ordered I got an email that it wasn't. But the service was quick and I was given other options and ended up ordering a different item.

    Web site easy to use. I ordered the beer stein and it was at my door set within a few days. I would use this site again.

    At the onset, we were pleased with the quick receipt of the stein we chose. The box wasn't damaged, nor was the bubble wrap around the stein, so we assummed everything was fine and wrapped in for Christmas. However, when it was freed from the bu...bble wrap on Christmas Eve, we were all appalled, for the top of the pewter lid was broken and bent way over. It was obvious that the stein was broken before it was bubble wrapped and shipped to us. After 4 emails since December 26, we have yet to receive a professional response giving us an RA number and Return address. The last response was that "the issue has been sent to the warehouse". We thought it would be a simple thing to exchange it, but that hasn't been the case. For the money we spent on this stein, the service after the purchase is abominable. Read more Less

    this company, along with others, should consider using US Priority mail ... fast and inexpensive .... their shipping cost was fully 50% of purchase price ... I will not use this company again for this reason .....

    User error on my part for the first order I purchased, when i noticed the sale i did not look further into the size of the glass, which was smaller than what i wanted. The my last purchase was perfect and i received it in a timely manner.

    My call to customer service to find out how long it would take to receive my Stein was left unreturned to my disappointment. The $200 Stein I ordered is gorgeous, made in Germany as # 37 of 2000 with a certificate inside and the authentity stamp o...n the bottom of the stein. It was well packaged, arrived quickly and shipping was free. I was able to track the order on line, maybe that why nobody would call me. I will use MyBeerSteins next year again, as I started a collection for my son's on his Birthday. I am from Germany and appreciate good quality. Nancy Hinton Virginia Beach Read more Less
