I bought PEGATRON B14 Ultrabook to replace my oldy laptop. Although I do not play any online game (neither I am interested) but I wanted an avant-garde laptop with higher specification. After searching various websites I found www.agearsnotebook.com ...the best one. For cross check I called on their customer care number and they genuinely suggested me the same laptop. They are very well educated and polite. Moreover, throughout whole ordering and delivering process they kept me in loop via mails and messages. When the laptop was delivered at my home, I was a bit uncertain, as it was my first online purchase. But when I saw the packaging, I was glad that I bought my laptop from Agears. The laptop was well-packed. I am using this laptop from past six months. This feather light smart ultrabook responds to my every command with an electrifying speed. Took a full 7 days to process my order even tho they advertised 2-3. The order status on their site showed black two days after placing the order until when I finally inquired about the status of my order. They replied in a timely manner but only pro...vided the same generic answer “will ship in 2-3 days”.... Shipping was a bit pricy for standard ground. Product pictures on website were inaccurate showing the previous years model laptop. Description said that both CPU and GPU would come prepped with IC Diamond 24 thermal compound. However upon investigating issues with high temps and almost burning up my GPU I found that they had installed a basic thermal pad directly on the GPU, such as you would find on RAM, with no thermal paste whatsoever?!?! Completely unacceptable. I ended up buying some thermal paste to fix the issue myself. Company needs to work on accuracy of items listed for sale on their website, communication, and quality assurance of the products they sell. First of all, I would like to say thanks to www.agearnotebooks. I was pretty sure about my product, but the way they communicated and delivered my laptop in one piece, I am glad with my decision for buying it from this website. The MSI GT70-0ND-491US... is a fabulous laptop. Its 16GB RAM is sufficient for HD games, and I can store more and more games, movies, etc., thanks to its 750GB hard disk space. I am pretty much sure about MSI series laptops that they will never blew my expectations on performance and design factors. It features the best Dynaudio Premium Speakers mounted on the keyboard corners and Core i-7 processor. Its every feature works in connotation to deliver flawless response.
