    Product ripped apart after less than 3 hours of use. Had I not opened the package I could have returned it (at my own expense). If I hadn't opened it wouldn't have broken I suppose, but that wouldn't have been very useful. Lousy policy for returning ...defective items. The seller should stand behind their products or get in another line of business. They deserve ZERO stars! Read more Less

    I have been a customer of iGearUSA for some time now and after my most recent purchase at the end of August I contacted their customer service department to make a change to my order. Although correspondence was through email my situation was address...ed immediately and done without any sort of complication. It was easy to navigate through their website making it very user friendly, and their prices are by far the lowest I have seen yet. Overall, I would recommend iGearUSA to anyone who is looking for quality product at a low price, and anyone who likes quality customer service! Read more Less

    This merchant makes it almost impossible to return anything. One of the items I bought was absolutely NOT as pictured, but they did not accept any responsibility for it. You have to request a tracking number, then if you actually get it, you have t...o jump through several hoops. You are charged a restocking fee and if your original order qualified you for free shipping and your return puts you under the amount then you are charged the original shipping. With all the miscellaneous deductions I am considering not bothering to return the item, but surely this is what they want their customers to do. I would never deal with them again. Buyer beware!     I had one negative & one appropriate result. May order one more item in the fall & make a decision on customer service.

    The negative was no response to e-mail and the positive was an appropriate response with some wrok from myself.

    I've already filled this out once but I have more to say. The product ordered does not work. I purchased a battery case for my iPhone and its not working well at all. I have had the battery replaced in the phone this week as a matter of fact. So the ...product you sold was defective, but according to the site, there is only a 24hr return service option. Also there is no visible phone #. I've tried email twice with no response. Read more Less

    The problem I had with the order was that I had to order twice and was billed twice. I sent 2 emails neither of which was answered but my money was refunded. Not very good customer service in my opinion.

    Great price and quality of items I purchased. Web site and checkout were very easy to use. I did not use Customer Service, so I could not rate it excellent or poor, so I put it in the middle.
