    A great experience. I bought several chocolate letters for Christmas and they arrived with amazing speed and wrapped so carefully that there wasn't a single dented box. I couldn't have been happier. They also had many letters that other vendors ran o...ut of.     The items were as lovely as pictured, arrived expertly packaged and shipped very quickly. The owners sent me a personal message to make sure I liked the items which was a wonderful touch. The prices are right in line with Dutch Delft, which I might... add is hard to find, so this web site is a wonderful find. I am planning on ordering several more items for them in the coming year.     Everything was wonderful, but I have to say I was a little disappointed that the birth information on the tiles was in black and not blue.     Wonderful merchant. The delivery was very fast. I was nicely surprised at how quickly my mother's package was sent out. I requested that the basket I'd ordered had some additional purchases added to it in my message to the shop. They responded with i...n less than 24 hours to tell me they had tried to make sure everything was together and hoped we would be happy with the purchase. Can't beat customer service like that these days. I highly recommend this company. The selection of items alone is worth shopping here but the service makes it a joy. Read more Less
