    The Omega juicing screen arrived in a box that was too small for it. The screen was crammed in with no packing material around it, and the box was misshapen because the screen was bigger than the box. I will not be buying from Harvest Essentials agai...n. Read more Less

    Hi,These folks at HarvestEssentials.com are without a doubt, a standup company, and in the business of doing "GOOD" business. I believe they are truly concerned about providing availability of good products for very reasonable prices. The fact that t...hey add price matching, was more than I could have asked for. I was going to purchase my juicer from a company that had a questionable history. I wrote HarvestEssentials.com, suggested a price that had been offered me. They matched it, and I had the product within one week of ordering. I was immediately sent the tracking # which only aided in confirming their commitment of completely satisfying their customer. I expect that their customers are all in the habit of returning in the future, as HarvestEssentials.com have demonstrated that they are a solid, trustworthy company that offer super value.     I am so glad I spent the extra money to purchase this masticating juicer as opposed to the centrifigul juicer. It was worth the money and it is a very sturdy machine. Though I imagined a dryer pulp I have had no other masticating juicers to compare i...t too. Still it provides a lot of juice compared to the pulp left over. I can tell it will last a decade or more.     I ordered my product on a Friday at 4:16 pm and this is Wednesday and I still do not have a shipping number. So much for shipping fast, most cases the same day! When I called, they told me it was going to be shippied from manufacturer and I would rec...eive a number on Tuesday. Still nothing. Not sure when I will receive my product. Loved how easy it was to purchase and the price was the cheapest I could find anywhere, but shipping is not what they said. Read more Less
