    This company, in my opinion, does an excellent job. I assume that number 5 is the top rating The customer service is the best.     I had a serious gout attack several years ago and was determined to find a natural solution. I tried various dietary suggestions (celery, sour cherries) with no results before finding this product. After following their very informative eating inst...ructions and taking their herbs, my foot returned to its normal size and color within a week - and the severe pain went away. I was soon able to go back to my regular diet. I had stopped taking the herbs a few years ago and recently resumed taking them to see if they would help with arthritis that had developed in my toe after an injury. With the diet and herbs for less than a week, I have noticed a major improvement. I will continue to take them regularly from now on.     I tried this item as a last resort prior to my Doctor's appointment in a few weeks. It did not work for me. I had only my second gout flare up in my lifetime (I am 38 years old male). This time it was bad in my ankle. Several weeks passed by and I ha...d changed my diet and stopped drinking alcohol. After 3 days on the pills I had another tiny flare up of swelling in my ankle. I would guess that this pill might work if you take it immediately when you have your first symptoms. I tried apple cider vinegar (with mother), baking soda, and this product. Nothing worked for me. I immediately stopped taking the pills when the customer service rep did not return my emails. They asked me a bunch of questions with regards to medical history, etc. No response from them after a week. For all of those that have a positive experience with the pills, good luck to you. For those who want to try it, I recommend it as they have a somewhat stable support system and offer different recipes with low purines. However, on my own experience, this item did not work.
