    I really liked what I ordered. It would have been nice to be able to track it better but it came in one piece undamaged so can't really complain. Customer service said they'd follow up about a delivery date but didn't until after it arrived. The q...uality was good but I thought the price was little high.     I needed it for Christmas, so I added express shipping, they emailed me back removed the additional shipping charges and made it before christmas. My dealings with them were very positive.

    The above says it all. I had no contact with customer service, but if they are as efficient as the other options, I'm sure they'd be a "5-excellent".
