    Sent a different jersey than the one I ordered but was very quick about correcting the issue. Shipping is a bit much considering USPS uses flat rate shipping. I use USPS exclusively and am quite familiar with the cost of shipping and handling wit...h them. Other than the shipping (and a minor issue it was) I would definitely refer other people to teamdepot.com for jersey needs. I will also do business with them again. Read more Less

    I purchased an "in stock" MLB jacket 3 weeks ago but still do not have the jacket. Their email confirmation said I purchased a "personalized" item which would take 4-6 weeks for delivery, but I ordered an "off-the-shelf" item; not a personalized ite...m. Bottom line -- they have my money and I do not have my jacket. Look for a different seller! Read more Less

    I waited TWO months for my order and when I actually got it, it was the WRONG jersey. Of course there is no phone # to call so I have to wait on their response through email, that will be another 2-3 days. Be Afraid, Be Very Afraid

    I am so pleased to have found the right-sized jacket for my son-in-law. Though I had to wait over a week for it to be delivered, that is how it works. I received the item in good condition and within the time promised. My husband's delivering the gif...t today, so I'll see how my son-in-law likes the jacket.     TeamDepot.com did a fantastic job by customizing exactly what I was looking for. Since my request was a special item that needed to be created, I was very impressed by the customer service and quality of the work. I would definitely use them again.
