I ordered shoes last week for my daughter. Said they were in stock. Went back on today (3 days later) and realized that the order has been canceled without them notifying me. I will NEVER order anything from Shoemall again!!!!! They sent me a pair of dirty used shoes and when I returned them I ordered another pair. I have had nothing but problems with this return and they charged me twice for a pair of shoes that I had al...ready paid for. I should read all this comments before I did order from shoemall. When I originally received the shoes that I ordered did not fit, I sent them back for the right sizes, they sent me totally different shoe even do I email them with the correct info, a...ll this process took almost a month. I decided to buy my shoes from other online store and I did get the right shoes and took 2 days. When I checked the charges from shoemall the charge me for shipping the back the wrong shoes, when I contact them they told me that they cannot the refund the shipping charges, WHAT A TERRIBLE COMPANY. Having experienced severe foot pain while using cheap work shoes, I went online and ordered a pair of Crocs work shoes, hoping they'd arrive quickly. I received an email confirming my order. A week later, shoes still weren't here. When I logged in... to track my order, I saw that it had been cancelled (not by me) the day after I placed it. I called customer service, and they claimed no responsibility for the error but offered to re-place the order. Took over 5 days b4 they processed my online order so it showed up a week later than it estimated. Has descent selection but price is only slightly less than retail. Only positive thing was free shipping.

What can I say? Ordered shoes over ten days ago, put in the correct shipping address, when I received the order form, noticed their system messed it up. So I called them transcribed slowly and painfully to them the correct address. Get my shipping... notification, address STILL wrong! I call them back, cs says it hasn't been picked up yet so they can relabel it.... 5 days later, checked tracking number says it's been delivered but has it arrived at the right address I called TWICE to correct? Nope and I have no idea where it may be. Called them again, got extremely rude and couldn't care CS who told me to check with the front office (hello the receptionist sits right outside my door!) when I still insisted it was not delivered because guess what when she told me the shipping address, it was STILL wrong! :S At this point I am getting very angry, she tells me they need to send me a form I need to fill out declaring that this item never was delivered and it will take 10 days to receive. I asked her to please not mail it but email to me since the darn shoes didn't make it to the address, but no they need to mail it so I probably won't even get that! No resolution, no acceptance that they messed up and even couldn't fix it after I pro actively called them to do so! I had a horrible experience with this online merchant. I wanted to see if they would price match a pair of boots and they were not able to answer me on a Saturday and said they could let me know by Monday. Before they told me this they had me place... an order leading me to believe they could tell me what the price-matched amount would be. I started to get nervous when he would not let me talk to his supervisor and so I told the rep that I wanted to cancel and he tried to talk me out of it for 5 mins. before I finally insisted I wanted to cancel. He had no cancellation number to give me and I never received a confirmation order but my credit card was charged (I called my credit card company to notify right away my problem with ShoeMall).
