    EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED I bought a Manchester United jersey from World Soccer Shop and I asked for it to be customized with my name and a number 10 on it. I received the order in intact conditions. I also ordered other Manchester United jerseys with d...ifferent customization from different shops online as well. A couple of days ago, I found that the number 1 was peeling off the jersey I bought from World Soccer Shop. It was subjected to the same exact number and way of washing as the other jerseys, yet the other ones remained intact. I also bought a jersey and customized it nearly 4 years ago and till now it is perfectly fine. Therefore, I contacted World Soccer Shop and mentioned the problem to them. They replied that they can not accept any defective items after 60 days ! So I mentioned that this was not a defect I discovered, but rather an indication that the customization was faulty in the first place. Yet, they told me they could do nothing more than refund me the cost of customization, which they did. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of customization and feel that the jersey became completely worthless. What good is getting the customization cost back if you can not fix your jersey ? The only reason I trusted them for customizing my shirt was their high ratings; unfortunately, they do NOT deserve that rating and their customer support was below expected. I expected them to replace my jersey; I believe original EPL customization should have a longer life spam than 4 months ! I will never purchase anything from them again nor will I recommend them to anyone. " Read more Less

    World Soccer Shop itself was a good place to shop. My order was accurate and shipped in a reasonable time.My only complaint is with the shipping method. Getting the USPS involved, at least in my case, was a problem. For some reason the USPS decided t...o misplace my package and it was hassle sorting everything out and finally getting it delivered.     I ordered two jerseys as gifts for two boys, waited weeks only to learn that one of them was not in stock, which I was never told. Trying to arrange a replacement has been a nightmare.

    I placed an order end May, except the order confirmation, have no news. To ths day, june 14th, nothing, nothing, no order, no news???Cannot trace the progress f h rider on their web-site, cannot reach anybody n the phone. There s an answering machin...e and at the moment to leave a message, the telephone connection gets disconnected. No way to fid out anything. Very bad. Do not recommend ths web site. Read more Less
