I had my appliance in 8 days. It was installed and leveled well.I opted to pay for white glove and extended warranty and I bought my own upgrade for the hot/cold connections.The clothes are less wrinkled if you use the 60 minute instead of 30 minute ...option for speed wash.I will probably purchase a hand held clothes steamer.It is quiet through most of the cycle and seems to use less water efficiently.Appliances Connections answered the many questions I had and I always research the product and company before I make any major purchases. Better to throw your money out the window on the freeway as that way you will know right away that it is gone instead of waiting months for a defective product. Please do not waste your time or money buying ANYTHING from AppliancesConnection.com. Is is a terrible company who sends defective products. I bought a microwave that starts but does not heat up. I called them for a refund and they kept me waiting on... the phone for over an hour. Finally someone answers my call and states that I may return it but would need to pay for shipping! WHY??? It wasn't my fault they sent me a bad product. They refused to give me a return label. I had to dispute it with my credit card. I bought this microwave in January and it's still seating in my garage. I have yet to receive my appliances but so far it has been a decent transaction. My order has been slowed by inclement weather but they have kept me up to date. I think a lot of these negative reviews should be directed at the shipping companies and ...not appliancesconnection.com. That is out of their control. Plus look at how much money you saved. I first ordered from AppliancesConnection in early december of 2013. It is now late February. I ordered and I was given a time that the dryer would be dropped off (it seems that they use a 3rd party delivery). I waited between 9 and 3pm and nothing. ...I called at 2:55pm and they gave me some bs that oh its 9-4 (which is false because i have the recording that they left). I waited till 4 and still nothing. I called again and was told that they would reschedule me. My rescheduling wasn't until over a week later. I showed up again 9-3 (or 9-4) and still nothing. I called and they said they had to reschedule me because of snow. I had gotten around just fine driving in this measly 2 inches in NYC. Fine i say. I just wasted another whole day. was rescheduled until after the holiday. I called early January as it should not have taken this long. I was rescheduled to mid january somewhere around the 11th or so. It came and the delivery person was a clueless young kid. Finally I have my dryer and being on hold for over half and hour each time I call is over. Not so fast. I went out of town for a week. When i come back i noticed it was the wrong dryer. I give them a call. They say that they will contact the manufacturer to see if they can take it back. They say I will have a answer by the end of the day. I of course do not have an answer. I call them the next day. They say I will have an answer by the end of the day. I call them a week later (all of this while sitting on hold forever by the way) and they say the same thing. I call them two days later and they say that without the box and because it has been more than 30 days the manufacturer will not take it back. They say they had an answer before but "forgot" to contact me. Great Thanks. I told them about the time frame and that it has not been more than 30 days and they say oh well then that doesn't matter because you threw the box away. I ask if I can get a discount on the dryer that I actually need. After another 20 minutes on hold I get transferred to a "sales rep" who looks on the internet for dryers and puts me on hold for 40 minutes (I am not kidding) until I finally hang up. I would rather spend twice as much on the same product elsewhere. It is now mid/late February and I am stuck with a dryer that I am trying to sell on CL without too much of a loss and trying to look for the dryer I need elsewhere. Read more Less
These people have no clue of what customer service is. Delivery crew was unprepared, with virtually no management oversight.
