According to their site, they'll match any competitors price -WRONG. The operator (Michelle Moir) clearly didn't know how to get rid of me. First she said they match the price minus taxes, when I pointed that they r suppose to match total price, then... she said "Sorry I can't help you since the competitor doesn't send this item to my destination". Are they joking? Five min later I placed the order from the competitor's site w/free shipping to my destination... I wasted a whole day.. Run for the hills! Warehouse Discount Center was suppose to be delivery on June 1. Called and it was backordered. Delivery was on June 14 and they delivered a dented stove and were going to take a dolly up my new wooden stairs and charge me an extra ...$40 to ruin my stairs - rather than using straps. Then I found out I would have to take off another day of work to get it delivered again. I took my receipt over to Howards and they matched the price and delivered with straps and not dented the next day. Now for the refund....h...It is now June 24 and it has not been posted yet to my account. The salesperson said it was done on the 18th - 6 days ago. No such luck. Never had such problems with any other appliance store...like I said - to anywhere but to r on Hawthorne Blvd. In Torrance, CA. Bought a Viking stove from the Oxnard store, nice sales guys. Very helpful and knowledgeable about all their products. I went to another appliance store before here and they couldn't answer some of my questions - RED FLAG! Looks good on the surface. If any problems at all, they #$%$. 25% restocking fees plus two way shipping. They charged our credit card 3 times for the same item at our bank, but still couldn't send a replacement unit saying our card didn't work. This business is run by a bunch of crooks. I honestly can only fathom that the good reviews are by employees to boost their ratings. I purchased a stove that took more than 3 weeks to arrive. The stove was extremely damaged...their response was the t...rucking company did it. It has been more than a month since I purchased this stove with ABSOLUTELY NO RESOLUTION and by far this has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company. They are terrible to deal with and they simply wash their hands of you. All I have gotten is the run around between the so called "manager" and the trucking company. Please I urge you do not do business with this company! I only gave 1 star because I had to! My wife and I paid more than $2500 for a washer, dryer freezer and fridge. Every item was received with some small damage. The washer, dryer and freezer was supposedly floor models and so we were supposed to accept the damage. According to the salesm...an, my wife signed something that said she agreed to the damage. So be it, I am going to request a copy of the signed document. The fridge was supposed to be new in the box, but it too had small dents down low. The manager at the Moorpark, Ca store, Terry promised me a $70 refund to make up for the damage. It has been over 30 days and I have not seen the check. I was told two Mondays ago that the check was printed and supposed to be signed and mailed. I have not seen it and I live in Moorpark, 1.5 miles away from the store. I have left multiple voicemails for Terry and he refuses to call me back. I am going to go into the store this afternoon and speak with him in person. Please do NOT buy from this terrible company. THey couldn't care less about you once you buy and I am waiting for them to go out of business. Please research them online to see all of the horrible reviews they have. I ordered a new washing machine. It's the first time I ever ordered a major appliance, or any appliance at all, on line. I read some of the reviews for WDC, and had a bit of trepidation. I need not have. Although shipping took a bit longer than I had... hoped it would (about a week), I had no complaints. I got a wonderful washing machine at a great price, with great warranty. When I had concerns over how long the delivery was taking, I called customer service. They were very helpful, giving me the name of the shipping company and a tracking number. I was then able to get in touch with the shipping company. I was going to give the delivery company a not so great review, but, I think I was just overly anxious to get it in. The delivery man was wonderful. He was courteous and kind. I am now in need of a new range and I'm looking almost exclusively at WDC for that purchase. Read more Less
