    I found this merchant VERY customer focused and easy to do business with. I wanted my order on or before a certain date and felt more comfortable confirming that before i entered the order. A customer service person contacted me and advised what to... do to prompt so the delivery date was met. My order came on time and is a quality product.     The neck massager was horrible. It's very cheaply made and comes apart easily. Even on the lowest setting it causes a great deal of discomfort. I DO NOT recommend the seller at all. They gave me a return # and instructions and two weeks after sen...ding it back I still don't have a refund and no reply to my email. Read more Less
