    I understand that sometimes issues arise to cause delays, but after 10 business days my order is still showing "in the warehouse". According to the website, most shipments are received within 7 days. No emails explaining any delays. I called and am... waiting for a reply.     I love this towel cabi!! The only drawback is the shipping time was really slow for ground- ups- who normally delivers in 3 working days, i felt like the warehouse at massage tools was slow getting the order together, i've never had such slow deliver...y, but other than that the cabi is nice i've only had it two weeks, so we will see.....i do plan on buying other equipment from this merchant Read more Less

    The name "massage-tool" is a little misleading. They are two mitts that have a heating pad element. It doesn't seem to heat evenly, however, I will say, I have had very painful cramps in my hands and putting the warmed mitts on relieves the cramps. I... also did not see where I could put on hand lotion when using them. These are not as nice as the ones my dentist has, but then, he was probably more willing to pay big bucks for his.
