    WOW! I have nothing to say about customer service as I didn't need them. The communication of my order from received to filled to shipped was awesome. Shipping was so fast I almost didn't have time to blink. I asked for cat5e terminal blocks and I go...t exactly what I wanted PLUS the rainbow! It was nice to have a little treat as a thank you.     I just recently purcased some direct bury cat5e cable from Deep Surplus. The price was the lowest around, the shipping cost was reasonable, the shipment was quick - great company.     It is so nice to find a business that truely passes on their savings to the customer instead of just saying that they do. I have placed several orders with Deep Surplus and have always been very pleased with the quality as well as the price. The ship...ping is reasonable too.     I purchased 3 boxes of bulk cables and a handful of connectors from Deep Surplus. Received a single small box a 8 days later which turned out to be the connectors. No cable. Called customer service and they had apparently just "forgotten" to send the... cables. I asked them to expedite the shipment as I am in the middle of a project and am relying on the cable. They said they would expedite the shipment. 6 days later...the "expedited" cables finally arrived. They were the wrong type of cable. I called again, explained what had happened, they sent me an RMA and said they would send the correct cablesvis 3 day shipping. 3 days later, new cables arrived and they are the same wrong cables as the first shipment. The cable type is printed in big black letters on the side of the box so I'm not sure how they confused the issue twice. These people obviously do not have their act together and I will not be purchasing from them again. DO NOT USE DEEP SURPLUS. Worry about delivering the right product, not giving a free bag of skittles. Read more Less

    Trying to get Customer service to help after the purchase was TERRIBLE. Don't buy from these guys if you might need help after words. I need them to call Fedex and issue a call tag.     I will called an order. The clerk that brought it out loaded my car and walked back in the store with the skittles. I did not know they were for me until I placed another order!     I try to always let someone know when they have done a great job since it is much easier to only tell someone when something is wrong. Deep Surplus is awesome! I just received my second order from DeepSurplus.com and it certainly will not be my last.... I couldn't believe how fast the order shipped and the quality control process they use to ensure everything is in order before it ships is excellent. It is great to see a company succeed on terrific customer service! Now I am off to enjoy my Skittles - thanks! Read more Less
