    Been a long time customer and never had an issue, but received a bottle of the stuff and the pumper had fallen out of the top and was laying in the bottom of the bottle. Asked for credit and ordered a second bottle. It showed up yesterday broke in tw...o! Package was saturated. Customer service response was "Sorry - we'll refund your money". Guess I'll take my credits and find another perfume house to work with. Read more Less

    Ordered on 5/23/11. Called two days ago. They told me to call again today. The Clinique I ordered is no longer available anyway. Said they'd refund my purchase but we will see. They have many other complaints as well. Soooo disappointed. headed out o...n my trip without my order. Read more Less

    The perfume had a stale odor to it. I think this store gets items that have been sitting on some other stores shelves and buys in bulk or something. Very weird-and it seems like I'm not the only one who had this experience.

    Be aware. The product this company sell are old. Perfume will smell different once you start using it.

    I had a terrible experience with this company. The perfume I ordered was discolored and the fragrance smelled peculiar. (I have bought this brand before so I noticed that it wasn't the same.) It was either old perfume or was not stored properly (or... both). Returns are not easy, as you have to have their permission to return something for refund. Customer service was awful. I sent an email. In response all they did was cut and paste their return policy. Even though the product was defective, they are still charging me a 20% re-stocking fee. Read more Less

    I placed my order a week in advance before I called to find out that my order still wasn't shipped. Then having to wait 7 more day for shipping, thats two damn weeks. I think the shipping really sucks if your planning to send this item as a gift I r...ecommend you place it at least three weeks in advance. Or your better off buying it from the store.     I have read a lot of mixed reviews about this company. I took the chance and ordered anyway. My order arrived in two days. I did not get a email confimation.
