    TERRIBLE TO DEAL WITH.

    On May 7th, ordered a $100.00 gift card for Mothers Day(May 12th) on line. Never arrived. Called the 1800-727-3867 number 3 different times and on hold, listening to how they appreciate my business, for 18 minutes each. E-mailed 2 times and with NO r...esponce. It's now the 17th of May and still nothing. Had to call my credit card company to file a formal dispute. They were able to charge my card immediately for the money but after that NOTHING! BEWARE... I'm not the type to usually write reviews, unless they are good but this really sucks. Read more Less

    "I will never use this company again. On April 19th I ordered three Kings & Queens sugar body milks for my friends. The total shipping charge was $25.95 USD to be sent from Belgium to Greece which is expensive but still within reason. After having se...nt several emails over the following 12 days asking when my order would be shipped and opening a case for non-receipt in Paypal, I finally got a reply with a tracking number. When I entered the tracking number on the site I was directed to, it turned out that the package has not actual been shipped yet (as of May 2nd). I then had a look at my Paypal case and discovered that it said I only ordered 1 item. $25.95 USD for one 200ml body milk to be sent from Belgium to Greece is ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS, the most it should cost is about $8.00 USD and that's stretching it. The body milk was only $6.80 USD. I have been ordering beauty products from all over the world for years and I have never encountered such bad service and practices from any company that I have dealt with. If FragranceNet.com doesn't have something in stock, they should give the customer the choice of wether or not they want to back order something and wait. Also, they should not be overcharging customers for shipping to line their pockets. And changing someones order without informing them and then not adjusting the shipping, that is downright swindling." Read more Less

    This company is a nightmare to deal with. Customer service does not exist whatsoever! The direct phone line for customer service is even worse than the on line customer service! DO NOT order through them!

    Dont have anything to do with this company as I have sent 5 emails about my order - which I still have NO received and have NOT got 1 reply!     Order never arrived - ordered 2 weeks before Christmas with delivery scheduled on 12/17. The product never arrived and Fragrancenet seemed indifferent in not being able to fulfill an order on time. I called on 12/21 to get more information and see if... they could overnight a shipment to get here before Christmas. No apologies, no nothing except a refund that has yet to post back to my card.     It took a month for them to ship one bottle of perfume, from their warehouse one province away. When I called to inquire they said their system was down and they couldn't help me that day and to call back another day...? Eventually figured out it got... lost, all they could do was re-send and it took forever. So not worth the wait, should have just gone to the store. Read more Less

    I guess my order got lost and when i called customer service all they said is I am sorry we can resend it again. When you do on-line business you need to be more reliable. I am never buying from them again.

    I bought a product at Fragrancenet which was an obvious FAKE. They are offering a replacement, but I doubt it they are going to actually do it due to the horrible reviews I've read about them. I'm mad because the item was almost at market price. Frag...rancenet isn't authorized to sell the name brands seen on the website; better check that the brand you want to buy from allows third party resellers. Believe me, most of them don't. They get the rejected, FAKE, and defective products, then sell them to customers as the real thing. Read more Less

    The perfume i ordered came quickly BUT it lacked any real fragrance. Very disappointed with this. Smells like alcohol.
