Disappointed in Return Policy and process. Item was purchased as a gift by me for my sister, so I placed the order as a guest (not creating a user account). Called Customer Service to obtain an RMA#, they said policy is that you have to create an a...ccount and request via the website. I do not plan to shop on this site again and hate having all these accounts, passwords, and emails from vendors. Customer should not be forced to create an account to return an item. When I asked what if this was a gift or someone did not have access to a computer. Customer Service said "it would be at your disadvantage then". The reason that I went to AMIClubWear.com to begin with is that I heard that they have good prices on shoes. That I could not deny. However, after ordering two seperate orders and in both orders an item was missing, I found myself very upset. I tried... to contact customer service, but the number they provide NEVER works. It is always busy or tells you that it is not calling hours. I must have tried getting in contact with them over hundreds of times to talk about the items that were not delivered and I never got an answer. Then, I tried to contact them by email and all they did was send me the FedEx tracking report, stating that the order was delivered. I tried to explain that the order was missing an item, that BOTH orders were missing items. I still have not been refunded. Their customer service really sucks. Read more Less

I had placed a purchase mid-October & did not receive any tracking or shipping information. I had to email customer service to reveive the information & the tracking number that was sent to me was incorrect. I did not receive my package until weeks l...ater despite the fact that I paid for 5 day delivery through ups. I understand that shipping may take longer than expected but 2-3 weeks is just outrageous. I was also disappointed in the fact that I paid for ups & right on the order confirmation page is the ups logo included & amiclubwear confirming that you're paying for ups, however it did not ever go through ups but the postal service. I will not order from this company again. After placing my order I immediately wanted to make a change because I felt the shipping and handling was very exorbitant. I was unable to reach customer service by phone after numerous attempts, and their ..."Policy" is that cancellations cannot be made via email, only via phone. I have yet to speak to someone. The options to ship by USPS to Canada can be very nice. The site should show an option "in stock only". The "advanced" search should work properly
I absolutely love your site, products and PRICES! I would spend a lot more money on the site if: - items out of stock were removed from the site or - if the items may be restocked in the future, there is a way for the item to be selected and... customers notified - if I could search each category by size (This is the most important!) - 9 times out of 10, I spend way too much time on the site because I click on the item, and my size is not available - 9 times out of 10, my size is listed, however when I select the item, it says 0 available! very frustrating - I provided a different shipping address, but it was delivered to my billing address =( - The link you all sent for me to track the purchase did not work at all!
