    I'm a first time shopper with Comfort House. I was a little cautious because of a few reviews. But based on my experience, I would shop them again. I purchased a Handpresso Espresso Wild Hybrid as a gift for my son and it arrived quickly and in p...erfect condition. The price was great and I had a first time shopper $5.00 off coupon. Even with the shipping charge, it was still cheaper than on *A....n*. I emailed customer service twice and got responses quickly and professionally.     Purchased on Christmas Eve, their description said 2 day shipping. Got the purchase January 3. Even taking into account holidays, that isn't 2 days...just sayin'.

    Order status information Items that ship directly from the manufacturer do not always have tracking information available. Please be aware that the order status will not update on our site until the manufacturer forwards us billing paperwork. In many... instances this can be weeks after you receive your delivery. TRANSLATION: We are slow. We don't really care. This is just our lame attempt to giving you the runaround. We told you it was "in stock" when you ordered it, we just didn't mean "in stock" at Comfort House, but probably somewhere that has a little respect from you, it is in stock. While you ordered a week before Sandy hit us, and it was being drop shipped by the manufacturer 1,00's of miles away from Sandy's path, we intend to us Sandy as an excuse for not caring about you.
