I purchased a toilet tissue caddy that was $10 cheaper than Wal-mart or Amazon. It took 3 weeks for my item to arrive. The first one I received was the wrong one. The customer has to jump through hoops to get the correct one sent. I initiated the... phone call to get the correct item sent (no big deal), I was then told I would get an email on how to return the item (email never came) and I was going to have a pending charge for the new one. In order to get the correct item sent, the customer has to fill out a shipping form. I had to request (2nd time) the documentation again to send the item back. I then asked if the item can be shipped faster to me, since it was the companies fault I got the wrong one...I was told YES, but I would have to pay for it. I have never ordered from an online company and had to fill out my own paperwork to send it back, wait 2 additional weeks to get my item and request help on how to send this item back more than once and then to have the customer service agent argue with me about it. After having many conversations with this company's customer service dept and managers they are refusing to accept my returns after receiving a damaged item.
