    Great product! Just as described. Would definately do buiness with them again. Only disappointment was when tracking shipment found that there were delays due to oversized box. Tracking indicated shipment to arrive in 1 day but took approx 3 after de...lay. Talked to carrier and found out that all over sized shipments get delayed and supplier should have known that.     I was very disappointed in the DHL service I received. I did not realize it was a signature required service so DHL left a sticker on my front door so I signed it stating that it was OK to leave it without a signature. The next day, they went to a ...different door and left another tag, not seeing the tag I left on the front door from the previous day. So I signed that tag and left it at that door. I called them that day and they assured me that I would have it the next day. The next day they never showed up. So I called again. They told me that the package was misplaced. I never received my package until Saturday, 6/2, 4 days after I was to receive it. I am very happy with Hodges Marine but very dissatisfied with DHL. Sincerely, Heather Kaiser Read more Less
