    I placed a partial order with them, and unfortunately gave my credit card number before faxing the prescription for my glasses. Subsequently, I cancelled the order and was assured by the salesman that the order was not processed, since they were wait...ing for the completion of my order. HOWEVER they charged over $400 to my Discover card, and saw no need to mail me any glasses, since they did not have my prescription information. Complete cheats.     I will never use bestbuyeyeglasses again. They messed up my prescription sunglass order 3 times. It literally took 3 months for them to get me the correct pair of sunglasses and this was only because I was constantly calling them to ensure progress o...f the correction orders. First, the model I want was not in stock and they had to order it. Second, the prescription entry process does not allow you to review your entry for accuracy at anytime during the order process. As a result, they say I entered the order wrong but there is no way to prove it. They do not cross reference the order to the RX faxed to them so do not count on that! Third, when I paid to have them re-do the order, they messed it up again! Fourth, they have horrible customer service and never call back even when they promise that a supervisor will handle it and get back to you - they do not. This vendor required way too much time and effort to monitor. It completely takes the convenience and efficiency out of ordering online. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are useless.     This was a seamless customer service experience. I was pleased with the pricing, the shipping options, and most of all the fact that my glasses were individually inspected by an optical expert prior to shipping. Thank you!
