I ordered a comforter over three weeks ago and have not received product. The quoted ship time was 2-3 weeks. That's not the problem. I have emailed them twice and repeatedly tried to call both their local and 800 telephone number. I have heard nothi...ng from them and both numbers act like they are disconnected. The good news is that my Paypal account hasn't been dinged. The bad news is that I don't know if I'm going to get what I ordered or not. This is the worst web store I have ever dealt with! Their site said it would take 3 to 8 days for delivery, and it has been 2 weeks and still nothing has been delivered. I have called their customer service numbers several times and they are disconne...cted. I have emailed them and have not heard back. Their tracking mechanism shows nothing on my order. It has been over two weeks and I still have not received my order. I did try to contact the company, but did not get a reply. I have been charged for the product that I ordered. This is begining to feel like a scam.
