    Placed an order with Valley Vet for Xmas. The package was to be shipped out within 5 days. The order shipped out after xmas, and low and behold - was not the boot wanted - nor the correct size. Valleyvet refused to issue call tag - or cover return sh...ipping charge. VERY DISAPPOINTED in SERVICE - will no longer shop at their site. Read more Less

    I've used valley vet for equine&pet needs for years and have never had a problem. They ship fast and are easy to deal with. Have had orders changed after the fact by calling them when I have accidently ordered the wrong size. Always have great prices... especially for Cruel girl jeans and boots. Read more Less

    I ordered prescription meds for my dog via phone and talked at length about how the prescription would be faxed etc. They called me at the end of the day to tell me that the order could not be processed. Turns out they're not licensed to sell RX i...n SC. Wouldn't you think they would know this when I'm putting in the order??? Prices might be good but they don't seem to be very together.     What a poor quality on the Arctic Sport boots, only lasted for about 1½ year of normal use. The joints between the different rubber materials separates and now it bubbles here. I´m sorry because they were comfortable to wear. Is this what I can exp...ect from a pair of Muck Boots? Now I need to buy a new pair - should I look for a different brand? Read more Less

    I've been using Valley Vet for years. There are several reasons why I continue to use them. Great Service. Great Prices. Great Customer Service. I will use them in the future for all my pets' needs. I do indeed recommend Valley Vet.

    I'm very disappointed in my dealings with ValleyVet.com. The item that was sent to me was not the item I had ordered. The item sent was not the item pictured on their website that I ordered. The description of the item on the invoice that came wi...th the item did not match the description of the item on my order confirmation. Depite ValleyVet clearly sending the wrong item, they refused a complete refund (cost of item and their $6 "processing" fee). I definitely should have ordered from a different company, so I would have received the item that I actually wanted for the same price. Read more Less
