    Ordered a new collar/receiver for my pooch, and it came in a timely manner. Less than 3 months later, it stopped working....probably the battery, and we realized it wasn't the collar ordered. It looked like it, but then we got out the invoice and che...cked the numbers, and we were shipped the wrong item. The company refused to ship the collar that I paid for but did offer me 15% off. I'm ticked. Guess it's my fault for trusting that they sent the item I ordered and payed for. Read more Less

    Had a problem with some pet vitamins I had ordered. Contacted the customer service dept and they could not have been more helpful . Replaced my order immediately no questions asked and received it on 2nd day. Thanks Healthy Pets

    Have ordered from them several times, and will continue to do so. I have only ever had to contact Customer Service once - they shipped a smaller package of what I had ordered. They let me keep the smaller package and resent the correct one. ... Love these folks! Read more Less

    Our 15 year old dachsund was having terrible arthritic problems and someone reccommended Glycoflex, a product from Healthypets.com. I ordered the appropriate formula on Friday. I received it on Monday. By Wednesday the little dachsund, Sassy, was ...actually able to run in the hall. I am very pleased by both their service and the efficacy of their product. Read more Less
