    I made a few orders through this company. They randomly cancelled a couple of orders for no apparent reason. I had to resubmit 1 order 3 times! Then, I tried to return something. I still do not have my money back 60 days later. I have email and calle...d 3 times. I have had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get the money back. NOT WORTH THE EFFORT!     Drugstore.com promised me a $25 gift card for my purchase. Their customer service admits that I met all the requirements and even clicked their ad. However, they say their system did not acknowledge my purchase. They utterly refused to send me the gi...ft card. This business is a scam. Do not trust their coupons at all. And, shop elsewhere if you hate lying corporations. I never write bad reviews for anyone so you know they screwed up really bad! Liars and scam artists. Read more Less

    After having a terrible experience with drugstore.com about two years ago, they had something I needed at a great price so I decided to try them again. I also needed this item before I went out of town so I paid $9.99 for two day shipping. I placed t...he order on 10/13/2012 at 6:56pm. I paid for 2 day shipping and received my items on the third business day at the end of the day: Wednesday, 10/17/2012 at 5:00 P.M. I asked three times for the $9.99 2-day shipping charge to be refunded and have waited now 3-1/2 weeks for a refund or even a reply saying they won't refund. I will never order from them again as they don't give even the tiniest bit of customer service. It's more like customer NO SERVICE. Avoid. I am tired of being ripped off and ignored. Read more Less

    Ordered a board game in Dec that my children already had. Even after due date to ship back and coming from a manufacturer other than them, they made a full refund. Will order from them again

    I ordered 2 boxes of Dip-It, a caustic coffee pot cleaner along with some herbal supplements and eye spray. The Dip-it was not wrapped separately, even though there was an empty plastic bag in the box as though that was their intent. So my entire ord...er is coated in caustic chemicals. Ummm, healthy.     Tried to cancel an order immeidatly after purchse. Once response is the NEXT day, drugstore.com told me can not cancel the order beacuse it has been shipped.

    I have been a customer since 2000, the year they were founded. Been happy most of the time. All of a sudden in recent months they consistently screw up with shipping. It takes 11-14 days. Unacceptable for a drugstore retailer. Also selection seem not... as wide as before. On a positive note their prices are still good. Managing the "list" is not as easy as it should be.     I placed an order with after checking to see if my hard to find Prescription was in stock. I waited the allotted time with no answer to the status of the order. So, I called to double check the order to find out that there were some questions that ne...eded to be answered for the co-pay. OK, that's fairly normal. Someone just forgot to call me and ask. At the end of the call the person said that the order is good and will be shipping at the end of the day and that they were going to overnight the order at no extra charge. ( I was really happy and surprised that they would do that for me.) 5 days go by (including the weekend). So, I call to see what's going on. They said that they were still waiting on the co-pay response and that they were out of my script and they didn't know if or when the next shipment would arrive. After nearly waiting 3 weeks for my meds. Seriously a waste of time. Don't buy with Drugstore.com. Read more Less

    Received Food Product 19 MONTHS Out of Date!

    I placed an order on 19 December for three items, one of which was a Christmas gift. I received the order in time for Christmas...which I appreciated. What I did NOT appreciate was that the Clif Sports Drink I ordered had a piece missing from the cap... which caused the drink to leak on the other two non-food items in the box. The worst part was that the drink had an expiration date of May 2010...which means it was NINETEEN months out of date! When I contacted them about the situation, they were happy to refund me $1.49. However, my main concern (which I stated in the email) was that someone should be alerted to the fact that they had seriously out-of-date products in their warehouse, so I responded to the notification of refund and suggested that management be made aware of the danger of selling products so far out of date. Their response? "We apologize that we are unable to provide more specific information about the shelf life for our products." Clearly, nobody cares about distributing out-of-date products. I guess it is truly a case of "let the buyer beware"! Read more Less
