Nếu sở hữu khuôn mặt "trăng rằm", bạn nên tránh đeo mắt kính hình tròn, gọng quá to. Còn với gương mặt hình tam giác, loại kính mắt mèo sẽ tạo vẻ cân đối cho bạn.
Bạn không thể thiếu kính mát khi đi đường, nhất là trong thời tiết nóng, nhiều gió và bụi. Không chỉ bảo vệ mắt, chiếc kính có hình dáng phù hợp sẽ là vật trang sức làm tôn vẻ đẹp của khuôn mặt bạn.
Về nguyên tắc, dáng kính nên tương phản với hình dáng khuôn mặt, bề rộng của gọng tỷ lệ với độ lớn của khuôn mặt.
Mặt trái xoan: Rất dễ đeo kính vì gần như loại nào cũng hợp.
Mặt tròn: Loại kính hình oval hoặc vuông, mắt kính mỏng và gọng dài, hẹp sẽ làm gương mặt bạn thanh thoát hơn. Không nên đeo mắt kính hình tròn, kính quá to hay quá nhỏ vì chúng sẽ làm nổi bật nhược điểm này.
Mặt vuông: Loại mắt kính hình oval hay hơi chữ nhật có đường lượn góc mềm mại sẽ giúp gương mặt có vẻ dài ra. Mắt kính hình tròn cũng có thể làm gương mặt bạn đỡ cứng. Tránh đeo kính hình vuông hay loại quá ôm sát mặt.
Khuôn mặt dài: Loại kính gọng to, có nhiều trang trí, phần hai bên thái dương đậm sẽ làm gương mặt có vẻ đầy đặn và ngắn hơn. Mắt kính tròn hoặc vuông sẽ giúp làm đẹp cho gương mặt này.
Mặt trái tim (trán rộng, cằm nhọn): Nên chọn kính phẳng ở mặt trên hoặc kính hình chữ nhật để tạo sự cân đối với trán. Loại kính dạng mắt mèo, hoặc phần dưới mắt hơi rộng, không có vành cũng phù hợp với khuôn mặt này.
