Deal: The New Year's appliance sale at Sears includes dishwashers, refrigerators, washing machines and dryers, with most markdowns between 10 and 24 percent.

Deal: The New England outfitter's annual winter sale offers discounts up to 60 percent off on cold weather gear, from parkas to plaid flannels.
