    Pros: Very good at getting to the heart of what makes a team dysfunctional

    This book is one of the best books on team dynamics that I have ever read. Patrick Lencioni is excellent with diagnosing, breaking down, and getting to the real root/heart and soul of what causes teams to be dysfunctional. The chapters are short whi...ch makes you feel like you as if you are making quick progress. The characters and plot of the parable pull you into the story while at the same time breaking down the approach for dealing with team dysfunction. If you are struggling with team dysfunction in any way shape or form this book is a must read!!! LOVED IT!!! Read more Less
