Lack of HDMI Input Ports
Pros: Wireless rear speakers
Cons: Has only a single HDMI output port
With no HDMI input port you have to run both an optical cable and video cable from your DVR to the amplifier. Most amplifiers have at least 1 HDMI input port. The single HDMI port is used to connect the amplifier to your TV.
