Motorola Razr...Motorola support poor
Pros: Nice shape and size
Cons: PProblems with it getting "stuck" or shutting down
On second Razr. Verizon phone support has been excellent. But when I had to call Motorola, they told me obvious things that I should try so phone won't shut down suddenly. Provided no practical help and then said to send phone back and they will evaluate. Would take about 7 working days. They would not send me new phone first and then have me send problematic phone back. They will not admit that there actually me be a problem with their phones. Useless!
