    Big disappointment

    Pros: Worked nicely when it worked (for 1 month only)

    Cons: Crashed after 1 m., and Lenovo service was poor

    For 1 month, this was a great computer. Then it would not turn on. Lenovo tech came and replaced the mother board last week, but that didn't help. Lenovo is saying that I need a new LCD, but a new LCD won't be available for 3-4 wks!! Despite having p...aid extra for the warranty, they have refused to send a new machine, and persist in trying to fix the machine without knowing truly what's wrong. Unhappy with the product, and very disappointed with Lenovo service. I have used PC's since 1998 and have never seen anything this bad. Definitely steer clear of this machine, and think twice before purchasing Lenovo. JG Read more Less
