Update to the Zoom Vomero+ 5, SKU#7618879. A running shoe built for the neutral to under-pronator who requires enhanced cushioning. A Nike+ ready shoe. Open mesh upper promotes a highly breathable environment. Synthetic leather overlays are strategically placed and integrated with the laces to help lock the foot down. Combination elastic mesh and cast polyurethane ( CPU ) midfoot saddle for an adaptive, supportive fit. Gender-specific forefoot design allows for medial-to-lateral expansion of the upper. External heel counter provides a snug, secure fit. Reflective elements allow for day/night visibility in low light. Notched mesh innersleeve envelops the entire foot, offering enhanced comfort and great step-in feel. Dual-layer Ortholite insole with a women's-specific heel cradle design has a Poron insert under the heel for added comfort and extra underfoot support for lasting cushioning. Full-length Cushlon midsole delivers soft, yet responsive and long-lasting cushioning. Heel and forefoot Nike Zoom units provide lightweight, responsive cushioning at heel and toe-off. Isolated, articulated and gender-specific crash pad helps absorb impacting shock and sets the foot up for a smooth transition through midstance. Asymmetrical arch bridge provides midfoot support, while helping to unlock the foot's natural stabilizing system by allowing a slight degree of torsional rotation. Dynamic cuboid features a softer-density foam for cushioning and support to promote a more efficient stride. Duralon blown rubber outsole supplies lightweight cushioning and multi-surface traction.
