Makes me look like a professional
Pros: long even cook times, sturdy, easy to use
Cons: a third shelf would be nice, more durable door
I have a 22.5 inch model. The first time I used it I loaded it up with about 40lbs of meat with about 14ibs of charcoal my smoker stayed at 240F for 15 hrs giving me way more time than I needed to cook. For the money there is not a better smoker that will give you the quality of food this smoker will. My first but not last weber product.

Pros: Perfect tempature control.
Cons: It took me to long to decide to buy it.
Perfect tempature control when you use the Minon Method (look on U-Tube for video). Even better than my electric smoker. Cooked ribs for 6 hours without having to do anything other than waste my time checking it for nothing (like with my other 3 smokers). Had to contact Weber because of a defective part and they had the new part shipped to be in 4 days and the Customer Service rep. was extremely nice. Actually used less charcoal than with the small smokers that you can get at Lowe's or Home Depot.
