    LOOKS GOOD PERFORMS POORLY

    Pros: sleek design

    Cons: cd drive inoperative

    A cd will not eject from the drive! When I called Samsung technical assistance, it appears that the drive was not properly installed. It also appears to me that this is such a new product that customer service has not been properly trained. The solut...ion, send the compurter back to Samsung for repairs. Unfortunately, I disposed of the original box and Samsung will not provide a box, only a lable. Very disapointed with the product and especially disapointed in Samsung service. If you want a computer that's attractive, buy this model, however if you want one that functions DO NOT! Read more Less
