    Pros: none

    Cons: adobe

    I purchased elements 10 from a known retailer. It would not load. Kept saying bad serial number. Tech support with remote access to my computer could not get it to load. fallowed proceedures for refund. Adobe only refunds what you bought from them and the retailer doesn't take open packages. I'm out 99.99 + tax.
