Pros: compact, strong motor, blends frozen fruit like a champ,

Cons: before you know it your food is baby food. The glasses with the blender attachment doesn't blend the frozen fruit well, use the blender.

I bought this because my mom is having trouble eating some foods, like meat or other tough things, she's 91. My other blender has too big of a blender attachment and I couldn't get it chopped without putting too big of a portion in it. I thought it w...ould be helpful to have something smaller like this that would allow me to chop just the right amount of food. I thought I could make her food appetizing but easy to chew with this but I haven't been able to figure out the secret. I will keep trying. It does a great job making smoothies with frozen fruit. I haven't crushed ice yet but I expect from seeing the fast work on the frozen fruit that it will do fine. I highly recommend this for all blending. Read more Less
