    Kirby vacuum cleaner - new

    Pros: wonderful hard working efficient - does a great job.

    Cons: not for the elderly or wimpy people like me

    I loved the features and results of the home demonstration. Well informed, helpful, friendly demonstrator. but....too heavy for me to use as it should be. Also, the older I get the more difficult it is to learn new things - hense I have not utilized... all of the wonderful features. The Kirby people would be very happy to assist me, but it is difficult for me to admit I am not as smart as I used to be! The DVD that comes with the machine is marvelous. I need to study it again.     Pros: heavy duty

    Cons: heavy,a bit complicated

    This is a great piece of equipment ,heavy duty,works extremely well on all types of floors The carpet shampooer is complicated.and the machine is heavy.
