Performance Monitor The simple to use LCD monitor displays speed, RPM, distance, time, and calories. The wind resistance is infinitely adjustable, simply pedal faster or slower and you can tailor every workout to your individual needs. Air flow from the unique, quieter fan provides a comfortable, cooling effect. Comfort Padded Seat The Extra padded, anatomically correct seat on the Schwinn AD2 Upright will keep you comfortable on rides of all lengths. The seat is adjustable to mulitple levels, ensuring that whatever your leg length, you'll get the correct angle to the pedals to minimize knee strain. Deluxe Floor Protectors The deluxe floor protectors protect floors from being scratched and carpets from rubbing, but for even more protection we recommend an equipment mat be used underneath. Get in Shape in Comfort Wide comfort pedals feature Foot straps on the pedals allow you to pull up on the pedals, giving you more power and evenly builds your leg muscles.
