    Pros: None

    Cons: Too many alerts that computer is unprotected

    This software is garbage. Since November 2011 have had constant problems with computer not being protected and when tried to click on the "Activate" button would not allow. Customer service experiences are a nightmare. All the reps are in a foreign c...ountry and their command of the English language is poor at best. Every thing they said had to be repeated several times because of the poor English resulting in hours spent on phone trying to correct problems with the software. Read more Less
