    Pros: Great for any type of fitness.

    This workout system allows you to go at your own pace. It has a variety of exercises that you will not get bored with. i noticed a difference in two weeks. I definitley recommend buying this product. The only thing I would warn is it is not for ppl t...hat want an easy route to lose weight or get in shape. It goes back to old style workouts.
