Pros: Charactor Storys is good to level 50

Cons: The Game Focus's on PVP more then PVE

As a Beta Tester / Programer I have tested and played many games. Sence the Beta testing stage of Star Wars The Old Republic and launch in Dec 20Th 2011, I say I can review this game with objectively. 1 . The Game Runs best on a Desk Top ? Why, lap t...ops do not have the air flow to keep the procosser and the graphic card cool enough. 2 . charactor eather Sith or Republic ? Sith side you have a Sith Worrior, Sith Socerer, Bounty Hunter, Imperial Agent. Republic side Jedi knight, Jedi Sage, Commando, Smuggler You choose ? All the storys for each class, is tailored for the charactor you want to be, As you go you make moral choise's, just like in every day life. good or Bad... at the End of your story line for your charactor you will reach the level 50 this is the max level at this time. people have been getting bored after reaching level 50. Reason lack of content. there is PVP on planets and group flash points that you can get your friends together and battle the creatures of the glaxie. Space battles is like a 5 minute ride on a roller coster, It is not free flight with a Joy stick like most Flight Sims, it is a pre-make flight path like a roller coster. Each day you get in your ship, you can repeat the same missions that you did yesterday in space. all ship up-grade you can buy from a Vender that sell ship up -grades. The Joy of free is you can be your own pilot, you can target your own random targets. Star wars Galaxie had free flight and it was the best. 3. Customer Support for the Star Wars The Old Republic MMO Games is good, they can help with issue. 4 . there is crafting in game and you can have your Companions make or do some missions while you are off-line, the next day you will get filled in on there activitys. 5 . The game is 100 % voice over, wich is a plus for this game, millions of lines of dailog was recorded by voice actors, and film actors. this is a first for Bioware at a epic level. wich this get a plus. The voice's and quest givers are vender in the game and in the story line of your charactor. Read more Less
