Nonstick coating is durable, scratch-resistant and easy to clean. Cast stainless steel handles are riveted to the pans and are covered with cool-touch silicone. QuanTanium interior coating -- containing titanium particles -- is scratch resistant, incredibly durable and PFOA free. Glass and stainless steel domed lids fit snugly to trap in heat and moisture for thorough cooking. Helper handle assists in moving a full pan from stove top to oven.
