    Defective HTC phones and services

    Cons: Defective HTC phones and services

    When I sent in my original HTC phone for warranty repairs, only the touch screen was defective. Its USB port was still workingwhich was why HTC was able to charge it as well in order for them to troubleshoot the touch screen issue. However, HTC claim...ed that its USB port was not working, and wanted to charge me $198. It looks like HTC was just looking for ways to cover the warranty repairs. Do not buy HTC phones if you do not want defective products and services. Read more Less

    Pros: fast, has every function

    Cons: volume too low, takes only fair photos, short battery life

    Bottom line, this is a great phone. It has every bell and whistle a cell can have. Very fast processor. Easy to personalize. I dropped mine down some concrete steps and it broke in half. I put it back to together and I've had no problems with it. Wow...! I have a cover on it now. It does not seem to take very clear pictures though, unless the lighting conditions are perfect. Forget about night shots. The volume maxes out pretty low. Wish I could turn it up. Battery life is pretty short too if you plan on playing any games on it or using apps using the GPS.     Pros: FAST FAST FAST

    Cons: Average Battery Life, Speakerphone is poor.

    I just want my phone to work when I use it and this phone flies! Yes it sucks batteries as every device when spend lots of time of it. Some devices are better but just keep a charger handy and buy another battery as I did. The speakphone is poor but ...Im on my bluetooth most of the time. Overall a great phone for internet, etc. VERY FAST and never freezes. Never have used support. LOVE THIS PHONE Read more Less

    Pros: More personalization; bigger screen; good picture quality

    Cons: Sound notification for e-mail is limited; battery life is not great

    Overall, this is a very nice phone. I would recommend it to others. Former Blackberry user ;)

    Pros: Great screen, Sense 3.0 easy to use, fast

    Cons: Speaker not loud enough, bloatware

    I've been using one for three months and love it. I store MS Office docs from work on it for easy reference, so I've really started to rely on it. It's benchmarks aren't as good as the Samsung GSII or the Tegra 2 phones, but I've never noticed a lack... of speed. Its plenty fast for me. I've found a few graphics-intensive games that I really like and it plays them just fine. I plan to use this for two years then jump to a quad-core. Read more Less

    I HAD THIS FOR 4HOURS AND THE HAND SET SPEAKER BURSTED. SWITCH IT OUT FOR ANOTHER ONE AND THE SECOND ONE KEPT FREEZING AND COULDNT CONNECT TO WIFI I COULDNT MAKE A PHONE CALL WITHOUT IT DROPPING THE CALL

    LOVE ....THE PHONE THE BEST FROM T.MOBILE...BUT BATTERY GOES DOWN FAST.. I USE 2G.. THAT DOES NOT HELP. I KEEP IT CHARGED WHEN NOT IN USE. I DO NOT USE MY HOME COMPUTER ANY MORE. LOVE IT OTHER THAN THAT!!!! BUT THAT IS IMPORTANT.
