    Pros: now $99 in all B&N stores and at bn.com

    Cons: no internet

    its the best on the market and $99 is fair

    Pros: batter life is great, easy to download and user friendly

    Cons: freezes up constantly, poor customer service

    this is my first E-Reader! I was so excited to be able to read book after book with something so small and simple. However within the first week the screen started freezing up, while I can use the side page turners still, if I am not in the middle of... reading a book I have to wait till it 'goes to sleep' for it to start working again. I went to Barnes and Noble within the first week of buying it and they said I had to call a number to talk to tech support. I have called 2 times and they have not resolved the problem. So here I am a month later with my nook feezing up everytime I use it. Disappointed with it and customer service. Read more Less
