Specialty Electrics & Accessories - Easy-to-use Breville Milk Cafe electric milk frother and hot chocolate maker uses rapid induction heating and spinning to create the smallest bubbles for the creamiest, frothed milk for all your favorite hot drinks. The Breville Milk Cafe infuses every cup of hot chocolate, latte and cappuccino with rich, silky deliciousness. Just choose a frothing disc, fill the electric chocolate pot with milk for 1 to 3 cups, select your desired temperature, then press start.Once the mixing starts, you can add hot chocolate mix, cocoa powder or chocolate flakes for rich, creamy hot chocolate or add chai tea, flavored syrups or honey for a variety of divine-tasting drinks. Variable temperature dial offers optimum milk temperature of 140 F, plus the cold stir setting blends cold or hot milk without heat. Choose the latte disc for creamy froth or cappuccino disc for extra froth (When the desired temperature is reached, the electric milk frother and hot chocolate maker will turn itself off. Use and Care Before first use, wash the Breville Milk Cafe pitcher, lid and measuring cap in warm soapy water then rinse and dry thoroughly. Wipe the exterior of the power base with a soft damp cloth then dry thoroughly. Always ensure the frothing disc is securely attached to the milk pitcher before use. Frothing disc is a choking hazard. Children must always be supervised and never left unattended with appliance. Both the milk pitcher and frothing disc should be cleaned immediately after each use to prevent build-up of milk residue. The milk pitcher, pitcher lid, measuring cap and frothing discs can be washed in the dishwasher (top shelf only) or with warm soapy water, rinsed and dried thoroughly.
