    Battery management is terrible

    Pros: Size of phone is nice. Display is nice.

    Cons: Applications cannot be turned off.

    When I turn an application off I would like it to stay off. The phone turns them back on as soon as I close the screen. This eats up the battery in a hurry. Also, I cannot carry the phone in my pocket. It dials numbers, turns on things, etc., which a...lso eat up the battery. I have taken this phone to three Verizon stores for help but to this point, I have received no help. Read more Less
